Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Human Resources Strategist to lead our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive human resource strategies that align with the organization's overall business plan and strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing integrated HR strategies across international locations, as well as in-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.

The Human Resource Strategist will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of global performance management frameworks and employee development programs, as well as designing and managing internationally consistent compensation and benefits strategies.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels and across cultures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translation of Global Strategy to Local Implementation: Develop the global people strategy and take the lead on local implementation, ensuring alignment with the overall global business strategy and supporting long-term organizational objectives across all regions.
  • Performance & Talent Development: Oversee the implementation of global performance management frameworks and employee development programs to build leadership capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Design and manage internationally consistent compensation and benefits strategies that ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with global standards.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure global HR operations comply with applicable local, regional, and international labor laws and ethical standards, maintaining alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
