Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director is a strategic leader responsible for providing overall leadership and direction to the human resources and organizational development functions. This role plays a key part in achieving the company's short-term and long-term objectives by developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategic HR Initiatives
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to Forecast and Plan Long-Term HR Needs
  • Establish Comprehensive Talent Development Programs
  • Manage Employee Relations and Provide Support in Conflict Resolution
  • Design and Oversee Performance Management Systems
  • Develop Competitive Compensation and Benefits Programs
  • Lead Organizational Change Initiatives
  • Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations
  • Cultivate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Across the Organization
  • Analyze HR Data to Inform Decision-Making
  • Enhance Employee Engagement and Satisfaction
  • Implement HR Technology Solutions to Improve Efficiency
  • Provide Leadership and Direction to the HR Team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred)
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and labor compliance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and culture transformation
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, systems, and technology platforms
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
