We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to assist in the daily functions of the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units
  • Provide daily HR policy guidance and resolve employee relations issues/grievances
  • Promote safe and healthy workplace and employer-employee relationship, welfare and engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • 8+ years' experience as HRBP or equivalent role (employee/labor relations) in a customer service contact center environment; travel industry preferred
  • Demonstrable experience in managing employee grievances and labor legislation
  • Highly skilled in MS Office and other office tools
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
