Senior HR Leadership Position

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and coaching as needed
  • Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are productive quickly
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment
  • Proven success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build credibility across technical and non-technical teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
