Job Title: Regional Human Capital Strategist

Job Description:As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the performance, engagement, and development of our employees across a specific region.This position reports directly to the regional Head of HR and works closely with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and achieve company goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Generalist: Act as a trusted advisor to people managers, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, learning and development, total rewards, HRIS compliance, and people analytics.
  • Employee Support: Function as an escalation point for employee-related issues, ensuring compliance with local employment law and company policy.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create, update, and apply HR policies within a specific region.
  • Project Delivery: Partner with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Learning & Development to deliver seamless employee experiences.
  • Insights-Driven Decision Making: Use data and insights to influence decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles or similar fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools.
