
Human Capital and Facilities Leader

The position of Human Capital and Facilities Leader is a critical role within our organization, responsible for strategically directing and overseeing the implementation of modern and customized human capital and facilities management solutions.
- Develop and oversee human capital and facilities strategies, policies, guidelines, and business plans to drive organizational performance.
- Lead and direct the human capital and facilities function to build and maintain a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, well-being, and development.
- Ensure robust organizational development (OD) function in the entity, driving change management, capacity building, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Oversee the provision of human capital operations services, including recruitment, talent management, and succession planning.
- Oversee the provision of facilities management services, ensuring optimal use of resources, compliance with relevant regulations, and delivery of quality services to stakeholders.
- Participate as a member of the executive committee, providing strategic input and guidance on key business decisions.
Requirements:
- NQF Level 8 in Human Resources/Commerce/Business related discipline such as Business Management/Business Administration/Human Resources Management.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in a human capital role, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
- Knowledge and experience in facilities management, strategy development, planning, monitoring and evaluation, and application of relevant legislation impacting the human capital function.
