Job Overview

The Technical Product Consultant is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing technical support and solutions to complex problems. This role requires a high level of customer service, proactive issue management, and effective communication skills.

This position involves developing and maintaining technical product knowledge, working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure successful implementation and optimal use of products. The consultant will be responsible for managing multiple demands, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage customer relationships, provide technical support, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement technical solutions.
  • Analyze client systems, requirements, and needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver customized reporting documents, conduct project initiation activities, and perform troubleshooting tasks.
  • Configure and integrate systems, advise on best practices, and determine methodologies for data conversion.
  • Validate system performance, oversee testing, and formalize hand-offs to other departments or clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HCM-related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in PC navigation and Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Understanding of troubleshooting and advanced system configuration.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
