Human Capital Management Specialist

A skilled professional is needed to support the administration of Human Capital Management Systems. The ideal candidate will provide third-level technical and functional support, focusing on Workday HCM modules and their integrations with core business systems.

The role involves working closely with the Workday Leads and People team to implement the IT vision, strategy, and priorities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Continuously seeking improvements and simplifications by building enhancements and changes to streamline HCM processes
  • Providing support and troubleshooting for Workday integration patterns and other related HCM systems
  • Managing service and support requests related to Workday HCM and Broadbean, as well as performing system change requests based on business requirements
  • Executing end-to-end Workday defect management, including investigation, testing, and implementation, to deliver efficient and accurate system administration services
  • Working with stakeholders to configure systems efficiently and accurately according to business requirements and strategy, while establishing a culture of flexibility and adaptability

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with Service Management systems and ERP systems. You will also need to be able to consult and engage with a diverse internal audience.
