Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology/Social Science.

Experience:

  • ">
  • 4 – 6 years working experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years as an HR Generalist/HR Consultant/HR Business Partner.
">

Skills and Competencies:

">
  • ">
  • Comprehensive knowledge of human resources systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
">

Legislative Knowledge:

">
  • ">
  • Familiarity with employment legislation, including the Employment Equity Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, and others.
">

Personal Qualities:

  • ">
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
">

Additional Requirements:

  • A valid South African Driver's Licence.
