Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner - National Office

This role is responsible for providing a strategic interface service between Human Resources and designated business units/divisions to ensure effective and efficient implementation of human capital processes, policies and procedures.

The key performance areas include implementing and monitoring the human resource strategy, managing recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, employee wellness, learning and talent management, and providing strategic advisory services.

Required skills and qualifications include a matric certificate plus national diploma in human resources or a bachelor's degree in human resources management/industrial psychology/social science. Extensive knowledge of human resources systems, processes, policies and procedures is also required.

Candidates must have 4-6 years of working experience in human resources, including 3 years as an HR generalist/HR consultant/HR business partner. A valid South African driver's license is also necessary.

The inherent job requirements include a valid South African driver's license. Critical competencies include advisory service, communication, business acumen, problem-solving and decision-making, planning and organizing, performance driven, team work, and policy adherence.
