Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer service and administrative support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, issue resolution, and complaint handling
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth workflow
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years experience in customer service or administrative support, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to identify, price, and enter correct part numbers for orders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Experience with CRM software similar to Aroflo, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
