Job Title: Data Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Data Coordinator to join our team. As a Data Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving high-quality prospecting efforts and streamlining account operations.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in media sales and prospecting, with a proven track record of lead validation and database maintenance.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and validate high-quality leads for key accounts
- Conduct prospecting efforts using our database and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Maintain database accuracy, ensuring up-to-date records and preventing duplicates
- Prepare outreach sequences with personalized messaging templates
- Collaborate closely with Partnerships Managers to drive successful strategies
- 3+ years of experience in media sales and prospecting
- Proven experience in lead validation and database maintenance
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work EST or PT hours
