Outbound Sales Assistant
">About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a curated database of pre-qualified contacts. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, re-engaging leads, and driving booked appointments.
The ideal candidate has a sales-driven mindset, excellent English communication skills, and 1–2 years of outbound sales experience in a call center, telemarketing, or inside sales setting.
Key Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and aging leads without cold prospecting.
- Reignite interest by confirming prior outreach and addressing concerns or hesitations.
- Reschedule missed or canceled consultations and move prospects back into the sales pipeline.
- Act as the first layer of quality assurance, ensuring leads feel heard, supported, and informed.
- Listen for objections and counter with clear, confident, and value-driven messaging.
- Keep detailed notes and next steps logged in the CRM to maintain pipeline visibility.
- Work closely with the internal sales team to keep handoffs clean and efficient.
