Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in generating new business for our clients by engaging with prospective customers and qualifying leads.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills. They will also be comfortable with frequent outreach and able to handle objections and rejections gracefully.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage Warm Leads: Proactively reach out to warm leads provided by our clients through frequent outbound calls, email campaigns, and professional networking platforms.
  • Qualify Prospects: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect needs, identify pain points, and determine if they are a good fit for our clients' solutions.
  • Schedule Meetings: Successfully schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for our clients' Account Executives.
  • Craft Compelling Messages: Develop and send personalized and impactful email sequences to nurture leads and generate interest.
  • Maintain CRM Hygiene: Accurately log all sales activities, update lead statuses, and maintain organized records within the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a clear and confident phone presence.
  • Proactive and Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Highly Organized: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
