Bilingual Sales Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual sales professional to join our team as a Sales Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will drive business growth through excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to potential leads, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in both English and French, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Presentation and communication of product/service information to potential customers, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of all communications and client interactions, providing valuable insights for future sales efforts.
  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and sales targets, demonstrating your ability to work independently and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required, enabling seamless communication with clients and prospects.
  • Proven experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or customer service is an asset, showcasing your ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a confident and professional demeanor, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients and prospects.
  • Strong time management and consistency in meeting performance goals, ensuring that you can balance multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision, making you a valuable asset to our team.
