Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Product Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing training plans, materials, and programs that meet the needs of our users.

Key responsibilities include assessing individual and group training needs, maintaining records, creating and updating knowledge checks, facilitating new hire onboarding training, planning, preparing, and researching lessons, and delivering training materials including online courses.

  • Develops and executes comprehensive training strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Delivers high-quality training sessions to various audiences, adapting content to meet different learning styles and levels.
  • Assesses individual and group training needs; maintains accurate records and tracks progress.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and develop training content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Creates engaging and interactive training experiences that promote user participation and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Product Trainer or similar role.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of product development and training methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to think critically and creatively, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
