We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. As a key member of our commercial mid-market segment team, you will be responsible for retaining and developing high-potential accounts, driving retention and growth through effective relationship-building and account management strategies.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. You should also be highly organized, process-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Retain and develop high-potential accounts through effective relationship-building and account management strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of account management experience or equivalent.
  • Credentials: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Experience with Salesforce or related CRM tools an asset.
