Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Training Programs: Develop specialized training materials, manuals, and courses focused on automotive technologies, vehicle comparison, and customer service skills.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions to automotive service managers, or sales staff, both in-person and virtually.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Teach employees about automotive systems (e.g., electrical, engine, transmission), maintenance practices, and new technologies (e.g., electric vehicles, hybrid systems).
  • Assess Skill Levels: Evaluate the technical proficiency and knowledge of trainees, identify gaps, and create personalized learning plans.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously research advancements in automotive technology and industry regulations to ensure training programs are relevant and accurate.
  • Customer Service and Sales Training: For customer-facing employees, provide training on communication skills, sales techniques, and handling customer inquiries about products or services.
  • Monitor and Report Training Effectiveness: Track the success of training programs by gathering feedback, analyzing performance metrics, and making adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
  • Provide Support: Offer ongoing mentoring and guidance to trainees, helping them apply their learning to real-world scenarios.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years in automotive sales or training field is a plus (with a proven track record of success)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective training delivery.
  • Experience in instructional design or teaching/training in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying skill levels.
  • Organizational skills for managing training schedules, materials, and assessments.
  • Basic computer skills for preparing materials, presentations, and online training modules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
