Training Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Training Support Specialist to assist our trainers in delivering exceptional customer experience training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor classroom activity and provide technical assistance as needed, ensuring a seamless learning experience for new hires.
  • Assist trainers with classroom management, including maintaining order, handling disruptions, and facilitating effective communication.
  • Provide timely support to agents regarding system issues, camera concerns, connectivity, and other technical matters.
  • Collaborate with trainers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall training experience.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including DEJ updates, attendance tracking, and lesson completion reports.
  • Communicate effectively with agents, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in personal computer usage and familiarization with digital tools.
  • Excellent non-verbal and verbal communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with trainers and agents.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
