Job Description:

  • Process Import Bookings and coordinate customer orders with overseas agents.
  • Communicate with customers, service providers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
  • Track shipment orders and provide status reports.
  • Process job invoices and creditor invoices.
  • Arrange transport and cartage.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working area by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Customs Administration or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Solid work exposure in end-to-end order processing activities.
  • Experience in using Cargowise/Ics/Excel software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
