Freight Operations Logistics Specialist

This pivotal position plays a crucial part in our operations team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to US customers. You will oversee customer shipments from PO raised to delivery, working closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales, and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely and efficient movement of customer shipments through our network, both imports and exports.
- Understand and refine customer standard operating procedures as needed.
- Respond to customer escalations, collaborating with customer success managers to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor shipment and data metrics to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with operations partners and external stakeholders to ensure successful shipment lifecycle.
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Able to react quickly while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
- Embracing change management - short, medium, and long term.
