
Remote Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to support our retail operation from a remote location.
Responsibilities- Manage schedules and appointments using Google Calendar for efficient coordination of team activities.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry in Airtable, facilitating seamless integration of data across systems.
- Responsible for importing eventbrite bookings to our CRM and G-Cal, providing timely support to customer service on scheduling/rescheduling, supporting onboarding processes, and delivering excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Facilitate team communication through Slack, promoting effective collaboration among team members.
- Assist in project coordination and task tracking, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with Airtable, Google Calendar, and Slack is essential for success in this role.
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is required, preferably in similar settings.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate across time zones, with flexibility to support weekends as needed.
- Past work experience in education industry or start-up environment is a plus.
