Job Title:

Site Reliability Engineer

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pipeline build and maintenance: You will be responsible for managing the build and maintenance of our pipelines, ensuring they are stable and efficient.
  • Engage in software development lifecycle: You will participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
  • Monitor system metrics and health: You will be responsible for monitoring system metrics and health, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support production and in-house systems: You will support both production and in-house systems, ensuring they are running smoothly.
  • Lead incident management: You will lead incident management, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Implement security and resiliency measures: You will implement system security and resiliency measures, ensuring our systems are secure and reliable.
  • Improve processes within the program: You will identify areas for process improvement within the program, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

A strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or similar programming languages is required. Additionally, knowledge of SLOs and SLAs is necessary, as well as experience working in SRE/DevOps teams. Strong initiative, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
