Operational Excellence Specialist

As a seasoned operational excellence specialist, you will oversee the daily operations of an agency, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systems and Reporting Management:
    • Design, build, and maintain comprehensive reports using business intelligence tools to support leadership decision-making.
    • Analyze data from various operational systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resource Planning and Utilization:
    • Partner with the resourcing team to optimize capacity planning across departments.
    • Monitor utilization rates and resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Cross-Departmental Systems Support:
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting needs and system requirements.
    • Foster data flow between teams through integrated systems, ensuring seamless communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of operations experience in an agency, creative, or professional services environment.
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and change management.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational software platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies.
