Job Overview:

We are seeking a Project-Based Document Specialist to support the review and approval of business requirements for GCash merchant onboarding. The role involves checking, validating, and endorsing documents submitted by brand representatives, partner stores, or companies applying for GCash QR under their business name. This is a hybrid role (remote and on-site as needed) and will run for the duration of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of submitted documents.
  • Validate requirements against company and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with brand representatives and applicants for clarifications or missing documents.
  • Approve or endorse documents for final review and approval.
  • Maintain organized records of all submissions and approvals.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive business documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent document-checking skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of compliance or KYC/document verification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Flexible to work in a hybrid setup (remote and on-site when required).
  • Available for a project-based engagement.
