As a Listings Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing property listings to ensure accurate, appealing, and competitive presentations. This involves managing and optimizing property listings across all markets to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance property listings to ensure accuracy and appeal
- Oversee revenue management strategies to drive occupancy and profitability
- Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new booking channels and build standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in listings and revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences
