Job Title: Home Listing Specialist

The Home Listing Specialist plays a vital role in helping homeowners list their properties on our marketplace. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the property listing process to ensure all necessary information is accurate and complete.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the listing process.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for listing speed and quality.
  • Verify that each listed property meets our quality standards before it goes live.
  • Confirm that all necessary requirements are met, including documentation and training.
  • Support the overall listing process to ensure a smooth and timely go-live.
Requirements for Success:
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain details clearly and confidently.
  • A strong sense of ownership - someone committed to showing up, getting things done quickly, and taking full accountability for their work.
  • Eager to continuously learn, adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, and build knowledge of the real estate business.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to follow a structured listing process while also spotting opportunities for improvement.
  • High energy and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple listings and competing priorities without losing track.
  • Critical thinking skills and a problem-solving mindset to navigate complex or unexpected situations with confidence.
  • Comfortable and confident when interacting with internal teams, establishing trust through professionalism and empathy.
