
Property Management Administrator

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to provide administrative support for our property management operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant and landlord inquiries via email and phone.
- Coordinate virtual property tours, schedule inspections, and facilitate the onboarding process for new tenants.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance with vendors, track progress, and update relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare, issue, and manage lease agreements, renewals, and other property-related documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely upload of property listings across various online portals.
- Coordinate property access and scheduling for showings, routine inspections, and condition reports.
- Handle data entry, digital filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Record and track rental payments, bond deposits, and tenant ledger updates.
- Maintain organized property files, lease agreements, and maintenance records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 9 months of experience in Australian or New Zealand property management.
- Proficiency in Cirrus8 property management software is required.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following platforms: Property Me, Property Tree, AILO, Inspection Express, Kolmeo.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Trello, Monday.com, or similar task/project management tools is beneficial.
