We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Property Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies with tenants to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Manage lease agreements and enforce tenant compliance, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial management, including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting.

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

  • Process payroll for maintenance technicians and manage vendor relationships, fostering strong partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess experience in rent collection, invoicing, accounts management, and property transactions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exhibit strong marketing skills to attract tenants and grow revenue.
  • Showcase knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Display proficiency in managing vendor relationships and payroll processing, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate tech-savviness with property management software and virtual tools, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
