As a Property Management Professional, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property management department. This involves managing long-term and short-term rental properties to ensure high tenant satisfaction and efficient property performance.

The Role

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with tenants to facilitate onboarding, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with rental insurance requirements.
  • Managing tenant communications and lease administration for both long-term and short-term rentals.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote rental properties through online listings, advertisements, email campaigns, and brochures.
  • Collaborating with housekeeping staff and vendors to maintain high-quality rental units that meet our standards.
  • Utilizing property management software to track rental performance, analyze data, and respond to online reviews.
  • Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, rent rolls, and financial transactions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Proficiency in property management/accounting software and platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools for property promotion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
Work Environment & Requirements
  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Standard schedule (Monday to Friday), with flexibility required during peak periods.
  • Rotational shifts may apply during holiday seasons.
  • Weekend availability expected on a short-call basis for urgent property matters.
