Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Asset Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our executives and management teams.

This role requires an individual with experience in U.S. real estate or property management. Familiarity with tools like Hubspot and AppFolio is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with property management-related tasks, such as managing listings, preparing contracts, and maintaining compliance
  • Utilize Hubspot to manage CRM and social media campaigns (preferred)
  • Use AppFolio to manage property information, payments, and tenant communications (preferred)
  • Answer and manage client phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate person
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling client and tenant phone calls
  • Actual experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the U.S. real estate or property management industry
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and/or AppFolio (preferred)
  • Available to work in US time zones
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
