Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.

This is a remote position. The schedule will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 9 AM to 6 PM EDT, with a 1-hour unpaid break.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee project management tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Utilize a management platform to create and manage tasks, workflows, and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes using Loom and Google Suite.
  • Collaborate with team members to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members using Otter.ai.
  • Handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and forward messages as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office Suite or Google Suite.
  • Conduct data entry, file management, and document organization tasks.
Requirements
  • Has experience handling medical publishers and conference meetings, both locally and globally.
  • Organizes medical meetings, maintaining relationships with sponsors, doctors, and other stakeholders.
  • Handles clinical trials for pharmaceutical companies, working with a large number of patients and medical professionals.
  • Understands medical terminology and can interact effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
