The Project Coordinator plays a central role in planning, implementing, and monitoring outreach initiatives, including medical missions and LGU engagements. Reporting to the National Sales Director, this position ensures all field operations are aligned with strategic goals, properly supported, and delivered effectively in coordination with Area Coordinators and Field Mission Coordinators. The Project Coordinator serves as the key link between management and field operations, responsible for operational oversight, stakeholder coordination, and administrative compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of projects such as medical missions, LGU activities, and outreach campaigns.
  • Supervise and provide direction to Area Coordinators and Field Mission Coordinators, ensuring roles and tasks are clearly defined and executed efficiently.
  • Align field activities with the strategic objectives set by the National Sales Director and organizational leadership.
  • Coordinate with LGUs, healthcare providers, and other external stakeholders to ensure community involvement and logistical readiness.
  • Prepare comprehensive work plans, deployment schedules, and resource allocations for each project.
  • Monitor progress of all ongoing projects, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to the National Sales Director when necessary.
  • Maintain project documentation including reports, evaluations, attendance records, and compliance files.
  • Conduct post-activity assessments and prepare summary reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in budgeting, procurement coordination, and evaluation of suppliers and partners.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and field operations to ensure program alignment and resource optimization.

Educational requirement/Licensure requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Project Management, or related field.

Required years of experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, field operations, or program implementation.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies required:

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in reporting and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing field conditions.
  • Willingness to travel to field locations as needed.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
