The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This role ensures that project activities are well-organized, deadlines are met, documentation is maintained, and communication among team members and stakeholders is clear and effective. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across departments or stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
  • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-up.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, work plans, change requests, and progress reports.
  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure project alignment and understanding.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as procurement, timesheets, and billing processes when required.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, Jira) is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
