This role involves providing administrative support to an insurance company. The successful candidate will be responsible for client workflow and application tracking, lead intake and CRM management, relationship and communication management, and ad hoc operational support.
">Key Responsibilities:- Client Workflow & Application Tracking
- Guide clients through the insurance process from submission to approval
- Monitor the full lifecycle of client applications
- Send timely reminders to clients for required steps
- Respond quickly to underwriter requests
- Proactively update clients on their application status
- Manage the shared support inbox
- Notify clients when their policy is approved
- Lead Intake & CRM Management
- Maintain a clean and organized CRM system
- Accurately input and update all relevant client data into the CRM
- Ensure precise lead status tracking
- Maintain accurate records in internal tracking systems
- Relationship & Communication Management
- Serve as a liaison between clients, underwriters, and the internal team
- Maintain client relationships through empathetic communication
- Handle follow-ups with warmth and consistency
- Ensure clear communication across stakeholders
- Ad Hoc Operational Support
- Provide assistance where needed
- Answer incoming lead calls and gather information
- Manage delegated email tasks
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
