E-commerce Operations Specialist

Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist, Work Schedule: Full-Time (Remote), 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled e-commerce operations specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listings Management: Oversee the management and optimization of product listings across Walmart, Amazon, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Marketplace Operations: Ensure seamless marketplace operations, including product uploads, pricing, inventory management, and promotions.
  • Keyword Research and SEO: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance product visibility.
  • Marketplace Compliance: Monitor and adhere to marketplace policies and requirements.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot marketplace-related issues, including case management and performance notifications.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay informed about marketplace trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Seller Central, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, compliance, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Experience with product listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
