Technical Support Specialist Job

We're seeking skilled and customer-focused individuals to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for a variety of clients across industries.

This role involves responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guiding users through solutions with patience and professionalism. Strong proficiency in English is required.

  • Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
About the Position

You'll need a suitable, quiet work environment and a high-speed internet connection. Previous call center experience and a strong command of the English language are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer queries
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Meet performance metrics including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and attendance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work-from-home experience
  • Strong typing skills (20+ WPM)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
