Ecommerce Customer Support Team Lead

We're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our customer support teams and drive excellence in delivering top-notch service for e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and monitor the performance of agents to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and offer personalized guidance to help team members succeed.
  • Evaluate performance bi-annually and recommend opportunities for growth, promotions, or recognition.
  • Promote a positive, supportive, and high-performance culture.

This is a full-time position requiring Monday to Friday availability in the US PST Time Zone. Benefits include performance bonuses, health insurance, paid time off, and a year-end bonus.

A personal computer with at least an i5 processor and 20 Mbps internet speed is required. The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience in customer service, strong English skills, and familiarity with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
