About This Opportunity

This position provides an opportunity for an individual to work on various tasks, from helping clients with technical issues to verifying systems during maintenance.

As a Help Desk Technician - Merchant Services, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate technical assistance. You will also work closely with other teams to identify and resolve core problems.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Receives routine client issues through multiple sources; assists with reviewing information to define the problem and determines the ultimate impact.
  2. Provides initial/basic technical support for internal/ external client problems and basic services related to desktop, Personal Computer, or merchant terminals.
  3. Verifies systems during and after scheduled outages/maintenance including screens, web sites, and other company-managed data for clients as directed.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
  2. No Relevant Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. Computer science or technical field
  3. Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
  4. Help desk; POS Terminal experience
