Mightylynx Solutions Incorporated is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Service Desk professional to join our team. As a Technical Service Desk representative, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, assisting the service supervisor, receiving and processing requests for service, collecting and checking service reports, and creating weekly reports on service tickets.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle client inquiries regarding expired products and services
  • Assist the service supervisor in preparing proposals and making follow-up calls
  • Process requests for service via various channels
  • Review and collect service reports from technicians
  • Create weekly reports on service tickets, including those created, completed, and pending
Requirements
  • Vocational or college graduate with any technical course
  • Excellent computer and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally
