Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.

  • The Help Desk Specialist will respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat to gather and verify required information and resolve customer issues.
  • They will maintain thorough knowledge of systems to provide accurate information to customers and document all interactions.
  • The successful candidate will ensure policies and procedures are followed on all interactions with customers.
  • They will learn and retain a working knowledge of all existing and new processes and procedures.
  • Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators such as Call Handle Time, Quality, CSAT & DSAT.
  • Attend Team Meetings and additional training sessions as scheduled.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Must have knowledge of MS Office 2010, 2013 including Outlook.
  • Must have knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Must have knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows 10 and/or MacOS.
  • Must have a basic understanding of network and internet.
