Our company is seeking a Help Desk Supervisor to lead our IT Service Desk. As a Team Lead - Service Desk, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 FTEs with at least 3-5 years of experience in the same role.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, including knowledge of O365/VPN/Skype/Printer/Active Directory/MS Office, etc. They should also have a good understanding of Windows 7 & 10 operating systems and experience working with software and hardware configuration/troubleshooting.

Additional requirements include excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site and start as soon as possible.

Job Specifications:
