Remote Customer Service Agent Position

We're seeking a detail-oriented and thoughtful individual to join our team. You'll be responsible for answering customer questions via phone calls, video calls, and written communication, empathizing with customers who are struggling to solve a problem.
Our operation includes over 1000 team members around the globe, working together to provide on-demand, 24/7, customer support for brands and tech companies.
Duties:- Answer customer inquiries via phone and communicate clearly and effectively in writing.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Communicate effectively via phone, chat, and email with customers.
- Coordinate with peers and manager.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written communication.
- Personal integrity and conscientiousness.
- Strong focus on task completion, results, and strategic goals.
- Team player.
- Continuous learner.
- Familiarity with G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meet, Calendar, etc.).
- Able to work from home with flexibility.
- Possess an international mindset, valuing coaching and growth.
- Collaborate with clients who have high standards of excellence.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- Full-time position, 44 hours per week.
