Remote Disaster Relief Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our disaster relief team as remote customer service agents.
This is a temporary, flexible role that involves providing top-notch support to customers during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with service inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Learn and apply the latest customer service techniques and account management systems
- Improve the customer experience by utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the right channels
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS.
