About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled and dedicated agents to work remotely in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.

The ideal candidate will apply cutting-edge customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while enhancing the customers' experience during a difficult time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to customers with service inquiries
  • Familiarize yourself with common requests and solutions
  • Enhance the customer's overall experience
  • Utilize our service techniques and systems effectively
  • Evaluate and escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
Candidate Requirements:
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Show proficiency in typing swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Be familiar with Windows operating systems
  • Demonstrate high reliability with regular attendance and punctuality
  • Effectively evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
  • Demonstrate aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Show customer service orientation (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Be able to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Exhibit strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Show ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevail
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
