This is a key position in our organization that plays a vital role in customer development and retention through consistent customer contact, Quarterly Business Reviews, and effective management of our existing customer base.
The primary goal of the Customer Success Manager will be to maximize customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and maintain an industry-leading customer churn rate. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products, technology, and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
We are looking for someone who can build trust with our customers, identify opportunities for product cross-selling, and work collaboratively with various teams to drive sales cycles and ultimately win additional business. About Your New Responsibilities- Cultivate a deep understanding of our company's products and services
- Leverage our proprietary software tools to maintain regular communication with customers and stay ahead of their technology initiatives
- Become a trusted point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support when needed
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to identify opportunities for product cross-selling and drive sales cycles
- Manage our proprietary software tools, including CRM, quote tool, and KPI dashboards, to ensure metrics are achieved
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- A quantifiable track record of success in customer account management over a customer lifecycle
- 3-5+ years of experience in selling Cloud Communications, SD-WAN, Security, Network, and Internet Service, Managed Services, and Software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with effectiveness in interacting with customer leadership teams
- Strong Excel, MS Office, and computer software skills
- A positive, likeable, calm, and persuasive personality with negotiation skills
- Self-motivated drive with zero call reluctance
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain composure under pressure
