We are seeking highly skilled professionals who can take ownership of sales, marketing, and operational activities in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of skills that enable them to engage with customers, promote our brand, and drive business growth.
">The key responsibilities of this role include:
">- Engaging with premium merchants to track their portfolios, communicate effectively, and ensure service delivery in assigned areas.">
- Maintaining sales targets for multiple payment solutions, such as QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point of sale software, insurance, and other financial products to drive product penetration and revenue growth.">
- Promoting the brand in the marketplace, tracking and resolving merchant grievances in a timely manner, and enabling new business lines.">
- Planning and executing day-to-day activities with the team, reviewing deliverables, and gathering feedback from the market on existing offerings and competition insights.">
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
">- Articulate complex solutions to novice customers.">
- Fintech experience or field experience is preferred.">
- Honesty, trustworthiness, good sales and negotiation skills, and an interest in financial products and markets are essential.">
- Understanding of local geography is required.">
- Graduation/Post-Graduation is preferred.
