Drive Customer Success

We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and play a critical part in reducing customer churn and driving growth by enabling customers to achieve success using our services and products.

This role will involve monitoring customer satisfaction and product usage across touchpoints, developing and maintaining an end-to-end customer journey map, conducting competitive analysis and customer data reviews, collaborating with internal teams to address challenges and share insights, and guiding onboarding and helpdesk support with customer-centric input.
