About The Role

In this position, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless customer experiences through messaging platforms and phone calls. Your goal is to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, provide exceptional service, and empower merchants to achieve success with our platform.

You'll be responsible for owning the post-sales cycle, from customer engagement and retention to growth of our users. This requires becoming an expert on HitPay's products and services, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting solutions based on customer insights and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels, ensuring each client's success in using our platform
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants and internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive product innovation and feature development
  • Identify areas for improvement in each client's business process and suggest tailored solutions
  • Communicate customer insights and feedback to inform product strategy and decision-making
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify strategic opportunities and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • A deep understanding of the fintech industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments
  • A self-motivated and resourceful individual, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility
