Job Description

As an After Sales Admin at Greenology Innovations Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage the insurance policies of our assets, ensuring timely renewal and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and coordinate with insurance brokers for policy renewal and claims filing
  • Manage utility expenses and liaise with utility companies for maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor rental and lease renewals, and handle new contracts
  • Assist in canvassing and outsourcing of materials for day-to-day operations
  • Ensure functionality of office equipment and requisition new supplies as needed
  • Prepare purchase orders and manage assets inventory
  • Assist in corporate activities, such as messenger requests, printing, and scanning
  • Manage office supplies expenses and requests
  • Assist in booking airfare and lodging for out-of-town requirements
  • Creation and preparation of marketing collaterals
  • Assist in planning and preparation of company events
  • Maintain office cleanliness and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
  • Support the After Sales Manager in building a long-term harmonious relationship with clients
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any related course
  • 2 years of experience in sales or related field
  • Experience with processing government permits and insurance
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Determined and self-motivated individual with strong analytical and organizational skills
